• Coordinating drivers and warehouse workers
• Coordinating all transport and warehouse related activities
• Creating routes and arranging working times as effective as possible
• Continuous maintenance of owned and rented car fleet
• Managing all fleet related topics (accident, tendering, changing, mileage, etc.)
• Continuous information sharing with related departments
• Planning of holidays according to business needs
• Controlling all cash on delivery activities
• Comprehensive usage of GPS program
• Creating KPI-s and reports according to superior’s request
• Other administrative tasks
