Based in Gilău, Cluj county, you will be primarily responsible to handle and follow up the customers, sales orders and purchase orders, in order to maintain the best possible support for our customers. The position will act as the interface between the customer and factories. Are you eager to take your career to the next level? * Prepare and process the customer orders daily and provide support by phone and email
* Make the necessary checks of project details (End User, End Destination, type of industry, other parties involved in the transaction), by screening in the specific tool (Amber Road) to make sure all Trade Compliance rules are respected
* Communicate with customers the standard lead time, standard price list when required
* Accurately input and modify orders into the MRP system
* Calculate GP (Gross Profit) for big orders and ask management approval before order validation in MRP system
* Work closely with internal departments (French Sales Team, quotations, logistics, production) to clarify additional information when needed
* Communicate with internal related departments regarding sales orders, shipping and other issues related to sales order processing
* Create and maintain PO checklists
* Draw-up specific reports regarding customer orders
* Give feed-back to the French customers regarding the orders and the delivery time
* Coordinate inspections arrangements with customer and operations, and prepare the required inspection documents
* Communicate with the customer about the shipping method and instructions and establish all shipping arrangements with customer’s forwarders and logistics department when required.
* Manages and creates documents linked with orders dispatch (invoices, Packing lists, Shipping marks if required)
* Effectively manages French Sales area
* Participates actively to the Trade Compliance System by respecting all the specific procedures existing in the company in this respect, by doing all the specific operations required and by escalating problems to the proper level in hierarchy
* Other responsibilities if required

* University degree
* English – advanced level
* French – advanced level
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Good PC skills: MsOffice Package (especially Excel), Outlook
* Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
* Knowledge of MRP systems is an advantage
