Service Coordinator

• University degree in engineering (electronics, electromechanics, automatization);
• Management skills (organization, schedule, issues solve, mind solution, team leader);
• Previous professional experience in coordinating teams;
• Solution-oriented person;
• Good technical skills;
• Driving license;
• Good level of English.

• Coordinating troubleshooting and technical issues related to the company system (playground equipment, kids rides, video-game, vending machines);
• Making key decisions for technical issues that may arise;
• ensuring technical quality for the company’s playgrounds;
• Travel to locations from Bucharest, Ploiești, and Constanța and coordinate service, repair, and maintenance of equipment;
• Understanding the functionality of the company’s equipment
• delegating and monitoring the activities of technicians;
• Organize de schedule of technical interventions and control the work of the repairs both on the field and at the warehouse.
