University degree in Economics
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate practice, preferably Big Four or second tier global audit firms
In-depth knowledge of main tax areas, e.g. direct taxes, VAT, transfer pricing etc.
Experience in coordinating complex tax engagements, within budget and timetable
Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Membership in professional organisation (CCF)
ACCA member
Excellent command of English – speaking and writing is a must
German language is a great advantage
Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills
Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills
Well organized and able to identify and deal with priorities
Availability to travel in Romania

Advise clients in a range of different industries on various tax matters, Handle multiple client engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of service, Demonstrates an understanding of increasingly complex tax issues; keeps informed of current tax developments and effectively applies tax knowledge to client situations, Thoroughly and accurately analyzes information; prepares solutions to client’s tax situation, Deliver technical trainings for both clients and internally, Supervises the work of the team; delegates work, monitors their progress, provides timely, continuous and constructive on-the-job feedback
