Salesforce CRM Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

•University degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
•Several years of experience in the delivery and management of CRM projects
•Broad CRM expertise as well as cross-functional integration knowledge in the areas of ERP, SaaS, and Cloud solutions is desirable
•Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing structured business solutions within industrial enterprises
•Willingness to travel
•Excellent English language skills; additional language skills in German are an advantage

•Deliver Salesforce CRM projects as a Project Lead and/or Consultant
•Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud
•Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for our clients regarding the Salesforce Customer Success Platform
•Support presales activities and contribute to the development and expansion of long-term customer relationships
•Deliver Salesforce CRM projects as a Project Lead and/or Consultant
•Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud
•Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for our clients regarding the Salesforce Customer Success Platform
