Candidatul Ideal
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in tax advisory, with strong exposure to direct taxes (ideally including M&A and tax due diligence projects)
- Very good knowledge of Romanian corporate taxes (knowledge of indirect taxes is not a requirement, but will be welcomed)
- Enthusiasm and willingness to develop a career in tax advisory and the ability to successfully collaborate with the team
- Strong analytical, technical and research skills, with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure the accuracy of client deliverables
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic client environment
- Team‑oriented attitude, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff, clients, and other external business contacts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications represent an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:
- Working extensively with Romanian tax legislation and relevant international tax regulations
- Participating in various tax projects, including tax advisory and structuring, tax reviews, tax due diligence and M&A-related projects, tax compliance engagements
- Providing technical input on direct taxes
- Collaborating with senior team members on client strategy and complex tax matters
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, as well as with colleagues within TPA Group and Baker Tilly International
- Applying professional judgment and technical expertise to address client requests
- Continuously developing technical and consulting skills through on‑the‑job work and formal training
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of projects.
