Candidatul Ideal

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering a best-in-class, end-to-end recruitment service, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a recruitment role (agency or in-house), ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced environment;
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, including pipeline generation, screening, interview coordination, and offer management;
  • Ensure timely delivery of hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire and positive candidate experience;
  • Strong direct sourcing capability using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment capability;
  • High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles simultaneously;
  • Strong business and commercial awareness;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English);
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment systems;
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Ownership:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding handover;
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver hiring requirements across multiple business areas;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related activities for assigned roles.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, developing a deep understanding of business needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles;
  • Provide market insights, hiring updates, and recommendations to support effective decision-making.
Sourcing & Attraction:
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing) to attract high-quality candidates;
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs;
  • Promote company as an employer of choice through professional networking and social media engagement.
Screening, Selection & Candidate Experience:
  • Conduct structured screening calls and interviews, ensuring a consistent and high-quality assessment process;
  • Apply effective selection techniques aligned with company values and role requirements
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Process, Compliance & Systems:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are documented accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
  • Maintain compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies;
  • Support seamless onboarding by working closely with HR and People teams.
Performance & Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates) to improve performance;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity;
  • Support ongoing process improvements within the TA function.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support vendor/agency relationships where required;
  • Undertake any other recruitment-related duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
