Candidatul Ideal
- University degree or above;
- 3-5 years experience or above in HR function;
- Proficiency in English;
- Familiar with recruitment procedure and process;
- Familiar with onboarding process;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creativity, initiative, understanding/reaction to issues, good teamwork in virtual environments;
- Ability to learn by doing, work under pressure and analytical skills.

- Responsible of prescreening, manager interviews and selection and lead an end-to-end recruitment process;
- Work with MyHRSuite (SAP Success Factors) system for recruitment, reporting and learning topics;
- Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with the Hiring Managers and the HR community;
- Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods;
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives;
- Understands market availability and is update with recruiting trends.
