Job Description

  • Responsible of prescreening, manager interviews and selection and lead an end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Work with MyHRSuite (SAP Success Factors) system for recruitment, reporting and learning topics;
  • Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with the Hiring Managers and the HR community;
  • Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods;
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives;
  • Understands market availability and is update with recruiting trends.
