What You’ll Do
Own registration processes including vehicle creation, swaps, Fleet Tracker registration, and TCU decoding.
Perform quality checks, trigger commands, and handle troubleshooting for telematics devices.
Ensure accurate documentation of daily activities and processes in SAP, SharePoint, and other platforms.
Serve as a point of contact for junior colleagues and provide guidance/training on business processes.
Monitor and manage registration backlog to ensure timely and accurate vehicle registration.
Proactively identify process concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Local Agents, Analysts, and GBS teams to deliver high-quality service.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
2–3 years of experience in a support function (help desk, customer service) with SAP experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Proactive Solutions business role.
Fluency in English and a second language depending on the cluster.
Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to drive process efficiencies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.
Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.
