Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting / Public Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent Romanian.
- Advanced English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time, inside and outside the country.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIA; knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Additional language skills: Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Mandarin.
Expertise:
- Supply Chain Management – end-to-end supply chain processes and optimization.
- Inventory Management & Product Accountability – stock control, tracking, and product responsibility.
- Market Analysis & Commercial Agreements – financial-commercial analysis, pricing, and contracts.
- Supplier Management & Strategic Sourcing – procurement, supplier evaluation, and relationship management.
- Transport & Logistics – distribution, transportation planning, and logistics operations.
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) – pricing, promotions, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Sales & Customer Management – customer relationship management, sales strategy, and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Review and document applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Design and execute risk-based audit tests.
- Perform walkthroughs and interviews to understand processes, risks, and controls.
- Execute audit testing, including the use of data analytics.
- Validate audit results and recommendations with the Audit Manager.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to audit stakeholders.
- Prepare the audit report and support modifications to the draft of the final report.
- Document and monitor management action plans.
- Supervise and coach audit team members; monitor quality and delivery of audit work.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit standards and internal methodology.
