•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
•7 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR Information Systems or a comparable role.
•Advanced expertise in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR cloud platforms.
•Strong understanding of global HR data management and business process support.
•Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
•Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
•Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
•Strong communication and influencing skills – able to drive change without direct authority. to complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.

•Advise on system capabilities based on ideas, technical concepts, and change requests from internal stakeholders.
•Organize and perform regular system updates, ensuring stability and continuity of HR system operations.
•Consider dependencies to other processes and systems, as well as external demands such as legal requirements.
•Perform qualification measures and workshops for team members, Key Users, and end users.
•Plan, control, perform, and support activities for implementation and proper operation of HR systems – from initial specifications through Go Live and into daily business.
•Provide end user support including training materials, documentation, e-learning courses, and 2nd level support.
•Liaise with internal and external consultants as well as system providers.
•Coordinate further team members and Key Users to guide their activities.
•Define guidelines for data maintenance and usage.
•Lead and contribute to project work as the primary focus of the role.
