Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in the financial and accounting field, with direct involvement in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work as the primary contact point between multiple departments for strategic projects.
- Ability to create and deliver top management or board presentations, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Advanced use of the financial software and ERP, including the integration of financial systems to optimize processes and efficiency.
- Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines and delivery of high-quality results.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA or equivalent are an important advantage.
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian financial-accounting system and US GAAP.
- The management of reconciliation and budgetary control processes. (Excel, Power BI, ERP).
- Reporting automation and process standardization.

- Synthetic and detailed analysis of costs, revenues, performance indicators and complex reporting.
- Designs and implements cost optimization strategies.
- Strategic support for decision making at the organization level and on different business areas.
- Responsibility for the realization, analysis and reporting of P&L, Cash, Balance Sheet, and of the allocated financial reports and analyses.
- Managing the financial control and purchasing process.
- Development of personalized financial analysis.
- Financial system optimization and development.
- Communication and cooperation within the team.

Activam pe piata de consultanta in Resurse Umane din anul 1998. Cu o acoperire nationala pe patru arii de expertiza: recrutare si selectie, leasing de personal, assessment center si consultanta.
Am devenit lideri in Transilvania si ne-am impus pe piata din Romania dezvoltand o noua locatie la Bucuresti.
