What we’re looking for:
✔ University degree in Economics or related fields
✔ Solid corporate accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles
✔ Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting
✔ Excellent PC skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
✔ High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a logical mindset
✔ Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and take initiative
✔ A team player with a collaborative spirit
✔ Advanced level of English (spoken and written)

What you’ll be doing:
As a Financial Controller at Froo, you will:
🔹 Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards
🔹 Support the forecasting and budgeting processes, collaborating with key stakeholders
🔹 Monitor financial performance and identify variances against budget/forecast
🔹 Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
🔹 Ensure proper accounting treatment in line with applicable standards
🔹 Improve internal financial processes and controls
🔹 Collaborate closely with the business and cross-functional teams on various financial topics
What you’ll be doing:
