Candidatul Ideal

Do you have?

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, in an international environment preferably
• Knowledge of Romanian accounting and financial laws and procedures
• University degree in accounting/finance
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the line manager to accomplish objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; Good knowledge of MS Excel is essential
• Fluent level in English

Optional, highly valuated experience/qualification/skills:
• Relevant financial experience in a multinational company or international exposure;
• Relevant experience of working with the financial modules of a major ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards etc.)

Your opportunities and challenges will be:

• Checking the compliance of the documents issued or received against relevant legal or internal requirements
• Providing accurate, complete and timely registration of all financial documents or transactions within his/her area of responsibility - Account payable and Account receivable
• Validating and registering the expense reports related to business trips or general expenses
• Actively attending the monthly procedure of consolidating and validating for the sales and purchasing register of the legal entity
• Working together with employees in charge from other Corporate departments and from other business units for receiving in an accurate and timely manner of the relevant fiscal documents from the suppliers
• Customers and suppliers ledgers reconciliation
• Reconciling the VAT statements with the trial balance and P&L statements
• Highlighting any deviation against law provisions and/or internal, local or Nidec, procedures or guidelines in documents, records, transactions or systems (like ERP functionality), that can’t be corrected by own reasonable efforts
• Performing any business-related tasks defined by the line manager, according to the level of expertise
