We are looking for an SAP O&M Engineer responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the SAP infrastructure, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of systems in the production environment.

We are currently hiring for three positions
SAP Basis O&M Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for SAP system installation, O&M and optimization to ensure stable operation and high performance.
2. Evaluate business requirements, design and implement SAP server architecture, including hardware, software and database planning.
3. Monitor SAP system performance, analyze and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
4. Responsible for SAP system security, including data encryption, access control and security auditing.
5. Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure SAP systems are closely aligned with business requirements.
6. Write technical documentation, including system architecture design, operation manuals and troubleshooting guides.
SAP SD O&M Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain daily operation of SAP SD module to ensure stability and high availability of sales and distribution systems.
2. Quickly respond to and resolve system failures or business issues in sales and distribution to ensure smooth operation of sales orders, customer management, pricing, delivery and billing processes.
3. Optimize sales and distribution processes, including customer management, pricing strategy, delivery processing, billing generation and report optimization to enhance user experience and efficiency.
4. Execute data backup, recovery and other maintenance tasks to ensure security and integrity of sales and distribution data.
5. Provide technical support, answer customer and user questions about sales and distribution, customer management, order processing and billing generation, and conduct training.
6. Assist in SAP SD module upgrades, new feature deployment and integration to ensure seamless connection with FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning) and other modules.
7. Record and maintain system documentation, including sales and distribution configuration, troubleshooting and operation processes.
8. Ensure sales and distribution processes comply with relevant laws, regulations and customer internal policies, especially in multinational operations.
9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and compatibility of sales and distribution module with other systems.
SAP FICO O&M Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily O&M support of SAP FICO module, including system configuration, data maintenance and problem troubleshooting.
2. Optimize SAP financial system performance to ensure efficient operation of financial statements, general ledger, subsidiary ledger and other functions.
3. Manage SAP financial system data migration, upgrades and integration (e.g., with SD, MM, PP and other modules).
4. Provide SAP financial system technical consulting services to assist customers in resolving technical issues in financial processes.
5. Communicate with overseas customers and teams to provide cross-time zone technical support.
