We are thrilled to announce the opening of Romania's first Aveda Flagship Lifestyle Salon, a destination dedicated to wellness, sustainability, and luxury beauty. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Salon Manager to establish and lead our new team in Cluj.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can inspire excellence in both service and performance. The Salon Manager will spend approximately 80% of their time on the salon floor, ensuring smooth service flow, coaching the team, and creating outstanding guest experiences and 20% on planning, reporting, and administration to drive operational and commercial success.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in salon or retail management (premium or luxury sector preferred).
Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivation, coaching, and performance management.
Experience in business planning, sales analysis, and team scheduling.
Demonstrated success in achieving financial and service targets.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
Fluency in English preferred.

Oversee all aspects of daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support inventory control and supplier coordination.

Marketing & Brand Growth
Coordinate local marketing initiatives to promote salon services and Aveda retail products.
Build and maintain a strong social media presence with engaging, brand-aligned content.
