Candidatul ideal

University degree in preferably technical or economic studies (BSc, MSc) or equivalent long-term professional
experience in a similar job 3-5 years relevant experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager preferably with connection to the lubricants business
Extensive communication, negotiation and selling skills
Enhanced understanding of technic related topics
Accuracy and a good sense for figures
Excellent Romanian and English language skills (C1) – written and oral
Driving License B (mandatory) and a high willingness to travel

Area Sales Manager Transilvania Dealer Business
Establishment and further development of the dealer sales business in Transilvania
Implementation of the sales strategy in accordance with the defined objectives for the country
Improvement of sales volume and margin of all lubricant products distributed in COUNTRY
Initiation of new customer relations as well as maintenance of existing customer relations in the dealer sector
Analysis of the lubricants market and related competitors on regular basis
Development of appropriate value-added service offers for customers
Execution of marketing activities as well as training courses and promotions at the customers
Reporting of sales activities and sales results to the supervisor and management
Handling of complaints in cooperation with the Customer Service Center
Settlement activities in the field of risk management and receivables management

Further development of the existing industrial sales business in the assigned areaImplementation of the sales strategy in accordance with the defined objectives for the region
