Responsibilities:
- Assess the performance of the Sales Team through evaluations, call-listening activities and other specific actions.
- Evaluate employee profiles to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Design and provide comprehensive training sessions aimed at enhancing sales techniques and conversion rates.
- Measure staff performance and deliver periodical objective feedback.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve professional growth and exceed sales targets.
- Create and update training materials and scripts to ensure professional and efficient interaction between sales agents and customers.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the management
