We are looking for a professional with experience in consultative sales and negotiation, who has previously worked in fields such as FMCG and/or Telecommunications & IT.

Qualifications:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, telecom, or other target-driven, fast-paced environments;
✔ Experience managing a B2B client portfolio;
✔ Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach;
✔ Excellent organization and discipline, with the ability to cover 3–4 counties;
✔ Willingness to travel 70–80% of the time;
✔ Valid Category B driving license.

- Reaches the sales target established by the company.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Co-ordinates sales effort with Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Customer Services and Logistics.
- Analyzes the territory potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
- Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Utilization of CRM software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time investment for the territory.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
