Prestige Mob is expanding its national sales presence and looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to cover the entire Romanian market. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you will build and manage your own client portfolio — and as the business grows, so will your role. High performers will have the genuine opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position and build their own sales team.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience: A track record of hitting targets in B2B sales — sector is secondary. If you have sold services, technology, FMCG, or anything complex, we want to hear from you.
- Digital fluency: You are genuinely comfortable with digital tools — CRM platforms, LinkedIn, video conferencing, productivity apps, and emerging AI tools. You adopt new technology, you don’t avoid it.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You think like a business owner. You set your own pace, solve problems independently, and take accountability for your results.
- English proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English is required. You will read industry materials, communicate with international partners, and represent the company externally.
- Romanian fluency: Native or near-native Romanian for daily client interactions.
- Driver’s licence: Category B, valid — for client visits when required.
- Furniture knowledge: Not mandatory. Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn our product range quickly will take you further than a dusty catalogue of sector experience.

- National B2B coverage: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients across Romania — furniture retailers, interior designers, architects, developers, and HoReCa operators.
- Own your pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
- Digital-first selling: Leverage digital channels, online tools, and social platforms (LinkedIn, e-mail automation, video calls) to reach and engage prospects efficiently.
- Build relationships: Travel to clients and project sites when it matters; close deals in person or remotely with equal confidence.
- Grow a team: Once targets are consistently hit, you will have the support and mandate to recruit and lead your own sales team.
- Market intelligence: Feed back competitor activity, pricing signals, and market trends to sharpen the company’s commercial strategy.
