Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative B2B that can help us to grow our turnover from £2.7 millions to £4 millions in the next 2 years;

The ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, plus 2-4 years of relevant quota driven work experience necessary
Being a self-starter and having a "hunter" mentality
Experience with researching and identifying prospective clients in tourism
High energy, strong work ethic with a "can do attitude"
Excellent phone presence and written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems;

On this position you will be responsible for 3 main Objectives:
To bring new customers from the Travel Industry like travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines etc;
To increase the sales of private tours in London and UK by developing new products and bringing new customers;
To increase the number of bookings we take from the partners we have in our portfolio;

Top 5 Responsibilities on this role:
Send minimum 50 new emails with offers to potential customers using AI;
Manages B2B Customer Relationships and resolves ALL requests from partners within 24 hours.
Make a minimum of 20 calls per day to new and existing customers;
Prepare all personalized price lists that need to be provided to the new and actual customers/partners within 48 hours from the request;
Researches for potential customers worldwide - travel agencies/tour operators/ taxi platforms, on the last week of the month, to identify databases with minimum 1000 leads;

Performance evaluation:
Will be done regularly, every month.

We are a company specialized in airport transfers and school routes in and around London. The main office is in London, but we are starting to expand to other cities in the UK. We also have a support office/call center in Romania in Iasi. We have been on the market since 2010 and we sell to travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, individuals and to local authorities in the UK
We transfer every year over 50.000 passengers to the airports and we work with 8 local authorities in and around London. From London we can transfer passengers anywhere in UK with our vehicles or through our partners. We are looking to open new offices in other cities in UK.
