Candidatul Ideal

Objective of the role:

The Sales Order Administrator plays a crucial role in the sales cycle by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing.

Experience required:
  • English - C1;
  • Slovenian or / and Hungarian - B2/C1;
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent;
  • 2+ years experience in a general administration position;
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

Order and Logistics Management
  • Accurately process and verify sales orders, including customer and payment details, within the ERP system;
  • Coordinate with factories and logistics teams to manage and communicate delivery times and schedules to customers;
  • Expedite orders as needed to ensure timely delivery to the customer;
  • Handle all sales-related documentation, including preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals;
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy;

Financial and Administrative Support
  • Manage the invoicing process by issuing and tracking sales transaction invoices;
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance department to streamline the invoicing and reconciliation process;
  • Answer customer inquiries and obtain missing information via phone or email regarding orders, deliveries, and products;
  • Generate regular sales reports to track and evaluate order processing and sales performance;
  • Communicate important customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
