Objective of the role:
The Sales Order Administrator plays a crucial role in the sales cycle by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing.

Experience required:
- English - C1;
- Slovenian or / and Hungarian - B2/C1;
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent;
- 2+ years experience in a general administration position;
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Financial and Administrative Support
Order and Logistics Management
- Accurately process and verify sales orders, including customer and payment details, within the ERP system;
- Coordinate with factories and logistics teams to manage and communicate delivery times and schedules to customers;
- Expedite orders as needed to ensure timely delivery to the customer;
- Handle all sales-related documentation, including preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals;
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy;
Financial and Administrative Support
- Manage the invoicing process by issuing and tracking sales transaction invoices;
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department to streamline the invoicing and reconciliation process;
- Answer customer inquiries and obtain missing information via phone or email regarding orders, deliveries, and products;
- Generate regular sales reports to track and evaluate order processing and sales performance;
- Communicate important customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
