Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in MICE sales and event management within the hospitality industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels in Romania.
- Strong existing network in the corporate, agency, and MICE segments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master´s degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects independently and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Fluent in Romanian and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in sales and event management software tools.

Your Journey
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MICE packages and offers via digital campaigns, trade fairs, corporate promotions, and partnerships.
- Support the development of sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with brand standards.
- Provide market feedback to inform pricing, positioning, and product development for the MICE & Corporate segments.
- Proactively source and develop MICE leads through research, networking, database management, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, DMCs, travel agents, and other business partners.
- Conduct site inspections, client visits, and attend trade fairs, networking events, and industry exhibitions as needed.
- Collaborate with the General Managers & Sales Teams in Sinaia and Bucharest to convert leads into confirmed bookings, set goals, evaluate results, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Monitor and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and market trends.
- Ensure alignment of commercial KPIs across all hotel properties in Romania.
- Handle all pre-event planning, including but not limited to client coordination, vendor management, room layouts, banquet orders, and logistical arrangements.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and hotel departments to guarantee seamless execution.
- Attend and oversee events on-site to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Manage post-event feedback and client follow-up to ensure repeat business.
