Sales Manager

• Experience in financial services: Insurance, investment advisory, wealth management or banking
• Experience in leading large teams: Prospecting, interviewing, training and mentoring
• Excellent Romanian communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurship mindset, results-oriented rather than focused on a traditional 9–5 job. This is NOT a corporate job. We are searching for a person that is hungry for success and is also willing to do the work.

• Build and scale a sales team from scratch. This means: Recruitment, onboarding and training
• Lead, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company growth and revenue objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
