Regional Sales Manager

• Experience in multi-store retail management or a similar operational leadership role
• A structured, hands-on approach with strong follow-through
• Ability to balance performance expectations with people development
• Clear communication skills and confidence in decision-making
• Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to travel and work with a variable scheduleIntermediate English level and a valid Category B driving license

• Drive sales performance and key operational indicators across the assigned region
• Ensure consistent implementation of sales plans, promotions, and company standards
• Support and coach store managers in managing teams, daily operations, and results
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store managers and sales teams
• Monitor performance closely, identify challenges early, and support corrective actions
• Spend regular time in stores, working alongside teams and understanding day-to-day realities
• Ensure strong merchandising, stock management, and inventory accuracy
• Participate in inventories and conduct periodic control visits
• Share clear feedback and practical improvement proposals with management
