We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial operations in Romania. This role is key to driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong market presence in line with the company’s business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Sales management experience, preferably in FMCG, industrial, or B2B sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales objectives.
- Strong understanding of the Romanian market, distribution channels, and customer behaviors.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Romania and occasionally internationally.
