-Knowledge to market and the business
-As a minimum will have operated in a sales role for 5+ years.
-Ideally experienced in the power transmission market but not mandatory
-Excellent written and verbal communication, in both local language and English
-Strong negotiation skills
-Must have the demonstrated ability to grow sales at enhanced margins.
-Willingness to develop own skills and knowledge in line with business needs.
-Be a self-starter, a highly motivated and able to work in a fast past environment.

Descrierea jobului

Drive direct sales in the Romanian region, focusing on our chain products, increasing the number of new direct accounts. Plan and target the territory with a proactive approach.
Manage our direct and distribution current sales, support in key customer visits with distributors, drive our own sales development activities.
To offer world class customer service to our customers and prospects.
To manage direct OEM and MRO customers, taking responsibility for their performance and for delivering sales results for those areas.
Develop enquires and opportunities through to customer sales.
Prospecting in the area
Work with distribution accounts to drive sales through their branch’s where it can’t be done directly.
Ensure sales forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded.
Focus on customer excellence, actively seek to discover, and meet the needs of customers by building relationships with the aim of being ‘world class and market leading’.
Continually develop new profitable direct accounts in the territory.
