Candidatul Ideal

The Sales Executive will contribute in the designing and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to grow brand visibility, occupancies and reinforce the financial objectives of the Vibre Hotel & C’est la Vie Rooftop in Cluj. Generating new sales opportunities through a range of sources inc. phone, email, LinkedIn, online research, events etc.

  • Target driven, motivated by scenarios where they have clear goals and targets to hit and exceed.

• Identify ongoing and upsell opportunities.

• Use your flair and individuality to drive sales and create connections with the local neighbourhood

Sales experience within the B2B a minimum of 1-2 years and previous Hotel experience is a plus but not a must

Fluent English, both verbal and written, with attention to detail

• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times


You will be required to work outside the office, meeting with clients and prospective clients at their place of business.

A crucial part to this role is building a relationship with the client and identifying their specific needs.

• Achieve the company's monthly sales target by acquiring new sales opportunities and enhancing existing customer base

• Prepare sales analysis and deliver presentation to customers to maximise sales profit and revenue

• Prepare sales quotations and regular reports

• Handle ad hoc sales-related assignments as assigned by superior
