Your Responsibilities:
Expand our client base by acquiring new contractors and fostering trust via telephone and email communication
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
Ensure the highest level of customer service by understanding and addressing client needs
Recommend optimal IT solutions tailored to meet customer requirements
Coordinate customer orders seamlessly
Collaborate with various departments (accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc.) to ensure top-notch service delivery
Enhance your commercial skills and product knowledge through internal training sessions and external programs organized by our partner manufacturers
We’d love to welcome you to our team if:
You bring at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
Your English communication skills (both spoken and written) are at least at a B2/C1 level without stress
You prioritize customer satisfaction and effectively utilize organizational resources to meet their needs
Building relationships and effective communication are your strengths
You approach work and challenges with unwavering commitment
You’re self-reliant, meticulous, and can organize your daily tasks to achieve sales goals efficiently
You find motivation in results and take joy in both personal and team achievements
