Candidatul Ideal
The Sales Engineer will work full time on-site in Bucharest and Constanta, Romania, and supporting the growth of GROUP FSV-ARGENTA’s drilling and integrated energy services portfolio. This role involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand technical and commercial requirements, preparing proposals and tender documentation, and presenting tailored solutions that align with Group capabilities and standards. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to translate technical specifications into clear, competitive offers and ensure accurate handover from pre-sales to execution. Daily activities include providing technical support during client meetings, responding to inquiries, preparing product and service presentations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Group technologies. The role also includes building long-term customer relationships, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to sales forecasts and market development initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., petroleum, mechanical, civil, energy) or a related technical field; advanced studies are an advantage.
Experience in oil and gas, geothermal, or energy services sectors, preferably in a technical-commercial or customer-facing role.
Ability to work on-site in Bucharest and travel to client locations or project sites as needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
