Descrierea jobului

Management and development of a client and potential client portfolio in Romania, in order to achieve the turnover and profit.


  • Analyze the market, the competition and the entrusted portfolio.
  • Define and validate the objectives of winning new clients, by regions and activity sectors.
  • Propose and validate, together with the hierarchy, the prospecting techniques and the means to develop the portfolio.
  • Maintain contact with the main clients and regularly present them the evolutions of the offer.
  • Ensure client relationship, with the intermediary departments (operations, users,…) as well as with decision-makers (sales managers, IT managers, General Manager, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell additional services to the clients (maintenance, training, etc.).

  • Implement the prospecting means defined above: direct phone prospecting, stimulating sales either by phone or at the client’s offices, representation of the company in trade fairs and other events in the field of activity, etc.
  • Respond to calls for tender, draft proposals by mobilizing other services of the company (projects, business, pre-sales, technical department, marketing, etc.).
  • Present the offer to potential clients, as well as emphasize the company’s strengths on the market.
  • Understand and analyze the clients’ needs, and translate them into a proposal.
  • Negotiate pricing conditions with the clients.
  • Renew the indirect sales networks, by selecting and motivating new business providers.
  • Argue, negotiate pricing conditions and close the sale.
