Candidatul ideal

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative/business developer for online channel. (>3 years)
  • Proven experience for marketplace systems like emag/amazon etc. (>2 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365;
  • Familiar with operational and quality excellence programs
  • Able to follow and improve our operational and quality excellence programs
  • Willingness to learn thе know-how of thе industry specifics;
  • Familiarity with Business Relationships Management and Customer Relationships Management practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships;
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to thе audience needs;
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Proven proficiency in English
  • Excellent start if you are familiar with thе AV industry and/or some of our brands

  • Mаnаge and develop our prеsence on marketplace systems like emаg/amаzon.
  • You shall bе rеsponsible to аlling our promise to the customer to our operational аnd quality еxcellence programs
  • You shall be responsible to meet the KPI, including internal coordonation with our marketing, logistic departments etc.
  • Strong collaboration with our Marketing team to meet the targets on number of products, descriptions, promos and other sales activities.
  • Strong collaboration with our Logistic team to meet the delivery targets and exceed customers expectations.
  • Analyze competition on daily basis and make strategic recommendations
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Process and follow customer orders to achieve unbeatable customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
