Sales and Key Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential B2B and B2C leads across the entire Romanian market to drive revenue growth
• Build, maintain, and develop strong partnerships with existing distributors and key business clients
• Own and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure
• Coordinate and organize sales projects to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Deeply understand various customer needs and offer tailored acoustic solutions and ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with the international sales team to secure high-value, cross-border deals and strategic partnerships
