We invite you to apply for the position of Retail Sales Support Officer as part of our Retail team, to build your future alongside a team who is dealing with the unique and strategic Retail challenges of the 21st century.
The main objective of the position is monthly financial reconciliation with station agents, monthly preparation of reciprocal claims statements, tracking of agent payments. Retail support activities, shop and fuel analysis.
Location: Bucharest
As a Retail Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
• Monthly financial reconciliation with station agents.
• Monthly preparation of reciprocal claims statements and tracking of agent payments
• Ensuring the proper functionality and application of DDR by collecting, updating and maintaining data and justification documents and by applying all changes submitted by colleagues in sales.
• Managing the justification documents - contracts with agencies, additional documents, profit and loss statements, bank guarantees and issuing status reports of them.
• Registration and archiving the original documents of the Customs Certificates for retail sales in stations; tracking during the period is transmitted to the stations
• Sales reports preparation, both regular and ad-hoc, within deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Analysis of utilities costs, update of utilities contracts database and addendums
• Manage stations uniforms budget, ordering and deliveries
• Handles evaluation of fixed assets inventories
