University degree in Pharmacy
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role (Responsible Pharmacist, Quality Assurance, or wholesale pharmaceutical distribution)
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and GDP requirements
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
High level of integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Competitive Advantage
- Experience and solid knowledge in pharmacovigilance, including monitoring, evaluation, and safety of distributed products
- Experience with RX price updates in Canamed and submission of pricing dossiers for new medicinal products to the Ministry of Health

Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance of wholesale distribution activities with pharmaceutical legislation and GDP requirements
Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, including performance and compliance monitoring
Oversee proper storage conditions, product traceability, and integrity to ensure the highest safety and quality standards
Manage regulatory documentation and reporting to ANMDMR, assuming direct responsibility for data accuracy and compliance
Coordinate training programs, internal audits, and self-inspections across the organization
Monitor quality-related complaints and ensure implementation of appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
