Role Purpose
To ensure the continuous and efficient supply of the online pharmacy with dietary supplements, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products, under optimal commercial conditions.
Commercial Acquisition Specialist in our pharmacy is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities to support the company's growth strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and/or sales
• Completed higher education
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong data analysis skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and work in a dynamic environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and results-oriented approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with initiative and a strong action focus

Main Responsibilities
• Analyze sales data and place purchase orders with assigned suppliers
• Track purchase orders and deliveries
• Monitor supplier promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns
• Identify and analyze promotions and campaigns run by key competitors
• Monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs
• Identify new suppliers for products in the “zero zone”
• Identify and monitor products in the “Top Sellers” category
• Manage products with short expiration dates and returns
• Maintain constant collaboration with the operations department
