We are looking for a Residential Consultant who is passionate about sales, people, and real estate, and who can help us turn client interest into a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

• proven experience in residential real estate sales;

• experience working with a CRM system;
• strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;

• good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude;
• advanced English skills;
• a university degree and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

In this role, you will support clients throughout the entire process, from the first conversation and property viewing to reservation, contract signing, and apartment handover.
What you will do:
• present and promote residential project located in northern Bucharest and organize property viewings;
• understand clients’ needs and recommend the most suitable options;
• provide information about financing solutions and the purchasing process;
• follow up with clients and keep all information updated in the CRM;
• work closely with notaries, lawyers, and other partners involved in the transaction;
• take part in promotional events and marketing activities;
• contribute ideas and recommendations based on market developments and client feedback.
