Candidatul ideal


  • Participating in the planning, development, creation, and implementation of training programs in internal systems (TMS)
  • Management and organization of internal and external trainings and training appointments
  • Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Administers training nominations, training registration and training logistics
  • Create, maintain and update training plans in internal tools
  • Active communication with department/unit leaders and local HR business partners and training participants
  • Serving as a bridge or a point of contact for vendors and participants
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • First level support for the Training Management System
  • Booking classrooms or other appropriate venues

Qualification candidate:

  • English (spoken and written)
  • German (considered an advantage)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adequate knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS), knowledge of Cornerstone would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP (creation of purchase requisitions, registration of goods receipts) would be a plus
  • The ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, and strong endurance skills
  • The ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills to converse effectively with trainees, departmental heads and vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills which enable a training administrators to serve as a point of contact for vendors and participants
  • Proven work experience as a training administrator or in a similar role either professionally or through an internship
