Design and develop Outside Plant (OSP) and fiber optic network solutions based on customer specifications and provided field data.
Analyze existing data, maps, surveys, and documentation to create accurate and efficient network designs.
Prepare and deliver complete engineering packages, including drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Create and coordinate invoicing and job submission packages in line with company and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with drafting, design, and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Ensure all designs comply with technical standards, quality requirements, and client guidelines.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design challenges.
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement in a remote working environment.
Support business goals by contributing to high-quality deliverables, customer satisfaction, and project efficiency.
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

ONUG provides turnkey solutions for voice, data, and fiber networks, serving telecom providers, enterprises, and public sector clients, with strong expertise in Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and scalable broadband infrastructure development.
As a recruitment partner, For Your Team supports ONUG and its extended operations (including ENUG / Onug Solutions teams) by building remote engineering capabilities, sourcing top international talent, and ensuring alignment between technical excellence and business performance.
