What are we looking for:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch language.
• Good organizational skills.
• PC Literate.
• Ability to work under pressure in order to achieve targets.
• Ability to multi-task whilst speaking with
the customer.
• Previous experience in customer service
or IT is considered a plus

• Customer support associate provides information about basic account creation, placing an order, as well as information about products and total order costs, all while advising and promoting brands in every interaction.
• Resolves problems including clarifying the customer's complaint (late deliveries, order cancellations, missing or damaged/defective items, payment issues, product specific queries and customer care related questions); determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within policies.
• Providing product recommendation and beauty advise to consumers.
• Communicates and collaborate with peers, management and suppliers to achieve the desired outcome
• Process consumer orders, providing information to enable cross selling and upselling of products
• Provide reports, resolve technical queries and undertake associated
