Relation Desk Officer - Master Data analyst

• Updating Master data for all Relations C/D (creditors and debtors) for all Vos companies from the group;
• Create new relations debtor/creditors when based on the Relation Request;
• Change data (name, bank details, address) for existing relations when needed; Check always the documentation provided and official site for VAT, IBAN validation, requesting official document attesting the change requested.
• Contact companies by phone to confirm bank details
• Updating monthly the currency exchange rate in 3 different systems: Coda, Lovos, BJ;
• Offer support for relation requester if needed;
• Verify the accuracy of the Relation information always before creating the changes requested;
• Establish Credit limits/decisions in cooperation with commercial management and based on each client’s turnover;
• Evaluate Credit limits periodically for both existing and new business relations;
• Ask Credit device reports when asked internally for both existing and potential clients;
• Analyze with regularity the credit limits and create biweekly Exceed credit limits report, sent to High management and CM team;
• Maintain extensive contact and cooperation with internal departments and internal business units as well as external parties such as collection agencies, credit insurers, broker;
• Participate bi-monthly to conference call with Broker and Manager regarding Credit limits/Exceeds/Decisions to be take;.
