Key responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities on the Romanian market
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones
- Promoting products and solutions from the company’s portfolio (industrial automation, industrial networks, OT cybersecurity, industrial IT)
- Delivering technical and commercial presentations during customer meetings, seminars, conferences, and trade fairs
- Working closely with customers on technical and commercial projects
- Preparing commercial offers and solution proposals
- Providing technical support during the pre-sales phase and basic after-sales support
- Maintaining a solid understanding of the local market, industrial applications, and customer needs
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation, industrial Ethernet networks, and OT cybersecurity
- Collaborating with the marketing department on the creation and adaptation of technical and commercial materials (presentations, brochures, online content)
- Regular participation in training sessions, events, and working meetings organized by the company or its partners
Requirements
- Completed university education in electronics or related engineering fields (automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development in an industrial or technical environment
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation solutions, industrial networks, and/or OT cybersecurity
- Genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop both technical and commercial skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Good command of English, sufficient for working with technical documentation and professional communication
- Willingness to travel within Romania (customer visits, events, business trips)
- Category B driving license
- High energy level, reliability, sense of responsibility, and results-oriented mindset
