We are looking for a senior, proactive, and highly organized professional to coordinate office operations across Romania, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic.

This role goes beyond administrative tasks, involving regional coordination, team leadership, and operational efficiency, making it ideal for someone with a strong background in office operations, facilities, or multi-location environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Office Management, Facilities, or Operations
• Experience in coordinating teams (minimum 3 people)
• Experience in multi-location or regional roles is a strong advantage
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to track KPIs and generate reports
• Experience with budget planning and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard tools
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Process-oriented mindset, focused on efficiency and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize office operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop the Office Operations Management (OOM) team
• Implement and standardize office policies, procedures, and workflows across locations
• Ensure offices are fully equipped, maintained, and aligned with company standards
• Manage suppliers and service providers, including negotiations and performance monitoring
• Prepare and manage the office operations budget, track expenses, and analyze KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and employee experience
• Ensure high-quality internal and external stakeholder support
• Provide operational coverage during team absences
