Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Office Management, Facilities, or Operations
  • Experience in coordinating teams (minimum 3 people)
  • Experience in multi-location or regional roles is a strong advantage
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to track KPIs and generate reports
  • Experience with budget planning and cost control
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Process-oriented mindset, focused on efficiency and continuous improvement

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and optimize office operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Office Operations Management (OOM) team
  • Implement and standardize office policies, procedures, and workflows across locations
  • Ensure offices are fully equipped, maintained, and aligned with company standards
  • Manage suppliers and service providers, including negotiations and performance monitoring
  • Prepare and manage the office operations budget, track expenses, and analyze KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and employee experience
  • Ensure high-quality internal and external stakeholder support
  • Provide operational coverage during team absences
