We are looking for a Regional Consumer Care Operations Lead who will act as a key liaison between global and regional stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and alignment across a designated Business Unit.
Candidate Profile
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in Customer Care, Consumer Engagement, Customer Service, or related operational environments.
- Previous exposure to governance, coordination, or oversight activities within GBS, Shared Services, BPO, or multi-country operations.
- Experience managing teams directly or overseeing third-party service providers.
- Strong understanding of service delivery metrics, quality standards, and performance monitoring.
- Experience supporting business transformations, transitions, or operating model changes.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with experience interpreting operational data and driving actions based on insights.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset, accountability, and the ability to work effectively within a complex international environment.

- Act as the main point of contact between Global Business Services Careline teams and the markets within the assigned region.
- Oversee daily operational activities and provide an additional level of governance for outsourced service providers.
- Manage escalations related to operational risks, service disruptions, or delays, ensuring effective resolution and communication.
- Promote the consistent implementation of global policies, tools, processes, and service standards across the region.
- Track operational performance through reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality requirements.
- Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities while driving corrective actions.
- Support market transitions, onboarding activities, and organizational changes by ensuring readiness and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to budget governance activities, including vendor cost monitoring, forecasting support, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions such as Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, and Quality, as well as external partners, to ensure successful service delivery.
