At least 5 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in field sales
Active driver, ready for fieldwork
Proficient use of MS office and written and spoken English language
Independence and responsibility in work, preference is given to candidates from small and medium enterprises, where each member of the sales team is very important for the success of the company, and not one of the many
Relevant University education will be considered a strong advantage
Experience in sales of raw materials will be considered a strong advantage
Developed communication skills with clients and in the team
Stable and mature professionals with problem-solving ability, can-do attitude, and passion

Communicates daily with existing and potential customers in order to identify and meet their needs
Negotiates with customers and defines commercial terms of sale
Analyzes the local polymer market and monitors the commercial and marketing activities of competitors
Prepares all necessary paperwork involved in the sales process as sales contracts, sales quotes, invoices, etc.
Monitores and organizes the full life cycle of the sales process, from the initial phase to logistics, delivery, and financial closing of sales
Actively participates in the development and execution of the growth strategy for the Romanian market
Reports to top management on achieved results and future plans; proposes corrective measures aimed at increasing wholesale results
Collaborates with other colleagues in the field, as well as with colleagues in Bulgaria and SerbiaActively works to develop his knowledge about polymer products and market
