Candidatul ideal

• University Degree in Human Resources Management / Economics / Psychology / Sociology
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the recruitment field; previous experience with a recruitment agency would be preferable
• Experience with high volume recruitment projects for professional and management positions
• Solid interviewing skills
• Familiar with different recruitment tools and sources
• Able to understand the specific of the real estate market within a short period of time
• Proficiency in English
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

Position Summary: Applies the policy and procedures of the Company to identify, attract and retain the best professionals on the market. Is actively involved in creation of HR internal policies and procedures.


• Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles; Attending to discussions with department managers and identifying together with them new positions and recruitment opportunities
• Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities; establishing and following professional relationship with recruitment agencies and universities
• Screening applications and selecting candidates
• Managing all the candidates’ database
• Conducting primary interviews
• Supplying short list recommendations to HR managing Director and department managers
• Supplying feedback to candidates
• Ensuring that all recruitment documents are received and completed according to the Company’s policy
• Reviewing recruitment files for completeness
• Drafting specific HR reports related to recruitment
• Creating and updating job descriptions
• Creating and updating specific HR procedures related to recruitment, employees induction, performance evaluation process, work contract termination etc
