Descrierea jobului

You will coordinate the recruitment process for all vacant positions (ad preparation and advertising arrangements, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting first interviews, arranging pre-employment and employment formalities)
You will be responsible for all vacancies to be filled within the specified time frame and by competent candidates
You will provide key administration support on all recruitment and selection activities
You will cooperate with employment agencies (as one of the search and selection channels) when needed
You will participate in different events ( eg job fairs) and arrange presentations to attract and find potential candidates
You will cooperate with HR International team and support them with weekly/monthly reports on defined HR matters
