NOTINO is the number one in online sales of perfumes and cosmetics in Central and Eastern Europe. We are a fast-growing company, that is not afraid of ambitious goals. We currently operate in 28 countries and our network of stores is growing very intensively. We currently have 25 stores in 7 countries.

We are now looking for a reinforcement to our HR team - a colleague who would take on the role of Recruiter for our stores in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary and the Customer Care team in Romania.

Our requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• English at level B2-C1
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for brick stores in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary.
• Handle recruitment for the Customer Care team in Romania, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate feedback sessions.
• Participation on all recruitment projects related to employer branding, candidate experience and etc
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
