Receptioner- Concierge

Room 12 is currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Receptionist - Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests as they arrive and provide a warm and friendly greeting

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and services

- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently

- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including airport transfers, taxi bookings, and car rentals

- Make restaurant reservations for guests and offer recommendations based on their preferences

- Arrange for special amenities or services requested by guests, such as spa treatments or event tickets

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area




Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds

- Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively

- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues to provide recommendations to guests

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proactive attitude with the willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
